If you need griptape, go to your local skateshop and for scraps/leftovers. If they don't, just buy a sheet of griptape. You'll be able to grip fingerboards for years.

Take your trucks off of your fingerboard. |

Then trace the board while pressing hard with a file, edge of scissors, or something similar. (BE CAREFUL) This makes it easier to cut off the griptape off.

Next, find something to poke holes where the screws should go in (tech deck screwdrivers work, or something about that size). It's easier to take a pin or something and from the underside (graphic side) poke through so that you don't have to worry about making unnessacary scratches in your new grip. Slap those trucks back on go rip up the fingerboard park!
